About Us

Inspired Concepts started out in 2003 by providing professional and funding support to commercial, social and charitable organisations seeking growth opportunities. We expanded our focus to comprise consulting and training services in 2005, so we could work with our clients more closely to develop and maximise the efficiency and effectiveness of their operations and help improve the skills and capabilities of their people.

We commenced partnering with government organisations to deliver business planning, training, social enterprise coaching, charity and commercial funding and women’s enterprise support services to public sector clients on a variety of programmes including the Business Links for London Outsourced Diagnostics, Faith in Business, SEID Community Business Adviser Coaching, Equal-Invest Social Enterprise and Access to Finance programmes.

One of our first consulting projects involved reviewing and redesigning the organisational structure, systems and processes for a charity in the UK. Our work enabled our client manage its growth effectively over the years tripling its employee numbers and income significantly since then. We have also worked with many UK churches and continue to consult for churches and charities within the UK on operational management, legal and compliance issues and HR issues. Our consultants are ICSA qualified with in depth knowledge of charity law and continue to advise charity clients on the management of risks and compliance.

Our strategic relationships with private consulting firms within the London Business Support network have enabled us support their work delivering business support and funding projects and helping many start up and growth enterprises across the United Kingdom achieve their business objectives.

We have successfully worked with many public, private and charitable organisations helping them improve their operations, enhance their performance and manage their people better through our consulting and learning and development services.
