Olabode Olutunbi is a highly experienced Business Consultant. He holds a MSc. in Entrepreneurship from Bristol University and has over 20 years’ exposure to industry and consulting within and outside the UK. He held various executive and middle management positions in the public, private and charity sectors and was a SFEDI accredited consultant on the London Business Support Network for several years.

Ola consults for a number of leading organisations in Nigeria where he specialises in advising on people management, business transformation and change management. He is an experienced corporate trainer, leadership advisor and corporate coach and provides tailored solutions at board, CEO and senior management level. He was until recently, a voluntary mentor for Business in Prisons, a charitable organization which assisted ex-prisoners to set up and run business enterprises in the UK.

Toyin Osoba is a Corporate Governance and Risk Management specialist with expertise in assurance services and US regulatory compliance. She currently works with the Director of Assurance at Lloyds Banking Group as a Senior Technical Adviser, heading the Sarbanes Oxley Technical Advisory team responsible for the integration of Lloyds TSB plc and HBOS plc to form the newly combined Lloyds Banking Group.

Toyin joined KPMG London office (Banking and Financial Institutions Division) in 1994 as a trainee accountant and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales in 1997. She has worked on audit and assurance projects for large banks such as Credit Suisse and Standard Chartered Bank, UK and had an eight year stint at KPMG’s Management Assurance Division working on Corporate Governance, Risk Management and Internal Audit for a variety of non-Banking clients including Cable & Wireless and Compaq.

Anthony Onabanjo is the Director of Peak Coaching Ltd. He is an experienced project manager, performance coach and trainer with 20 years corporate experience in public and private sector organisations working with senior managers and executives in the technology sector. He has lectured in both the University of Westminster and Thames Valley University and written a numerous articles on e-projects and IT and has presented at the International Project Management Association (IPMA) conference in Berlin.

Anthony holds an MBA from Henley Management College UK and a MSc. in Business Systems Analysis and Design from City University UK. He is a Prince 2 Practitioner, holds a Diploma in Performance Coaching and is a full member of the Association for Coaching (UK). His areas of focus include Executive and Project Performance Coaching, Individual and Team Performance, Leadership Development and Project Management.

Kemi Olutunbi is an experienced HR Consultant who brings over 18 years commercial experience to the company. She holds an MA in Human Resource Management is a Chartered Fellow of the CIPD UK and an Associate of the ICSA. She joined one of the UK s largest charities as Head of Charity Administration and Human Resources in 2003 and prior to joining our board, had worked with a number of blue chip organisations in the financial service and retail sectors including Marks & Spencer Plc, NatWest Plc and Bristol and West Plc.

Her experience is complemented by strong intellect, creativity and commitment to deliver, and underpinned by strong academic qualifications. She has led several HR Consulting projects for large commercial clients and black majority churches in the UK focusing on re-envisioning, organisational restructure, compliance management, people management and innovation. She is a certified practitioner of the DISC behavioural diagnostic tool.

Niyi Oduneye is a highly proficient business analyst specialising in business process improvement (BPI), information flow & knowledge management, risk management and business process re-engineering (BPR). She holds a MSc in Management and Information Systems from Cranfield University, a BEng in Chemical Engineering from Birmingham University and a Professional Business Analysis certification from Westminster University. She is also CIMA qualified.

Niyi has spent the last 3 years working in varied projects; optimising efficiency, organisational modeling, developing change management models, training and coaching on ICT, strategy and development to clients in a variety of industries including aerospace, banking and finance, facilities, insurance, broadcasting and the charitable sectors.
